With FotoDijit, your patterns are scanned digitally in just 30 seconds with millimeter precision and zero errors. During this process, FotoDijit automatically detects all corner points, curve points and notch points on the pattern.

Lighting issues caused by the environment are automatically corrected, and if needed, the scanning sensitivity can be adjusted to achieve the most accurate results.

After the scanning process, corner points, curve points, notch points, straight grain lines, internal shapes, drill points and technical notes can be easily added, removed or edited directly on the pattern.
All edits are performed within FotoDijit’s precise CAD environment while preserving measurement accuracy and proportional integrity.

Patterns that are not intended to be included in the production process can be excluded from the digitizing process; when needed, manual digitizing can be performed using the mouse to maintain full control of the system. This flexibility enables quick adaptation to different production habits and pattern structures.

Different names, attributes and technical information can be assigned to each piece, preparing the pattern data for production. Patterns larger than the capture area can be digitized in two or three stages and automatically merged into a single piece by the system. In this way, physical limitations do not cause any loss of efficiency in the digital production process.
