1. Scope of Consent

I consent to Tematek Textile and Information Technologies Industry and Trade Limited Company sending commercial electronic communications about DesignCAD products and services, campaigns, discounts, new features, events, surveys and similar promotional announcements only through the communication channels I separately select in the customer portal.

2. Communication Channels

I understand that I may set my preferences independently for email, text message (SMS), voice call and WhatsApp. Emails are sent to the email address registered in my account; SMS, voice calls and WhatsApp messages are sent to the phone number registered in my account.

3. Optional Nature

I understand that these consents are not a condition for creating a customer account, purchasing DesignCAD products or services, or using existing licenses. Transactional notices concerning account security, verification codes, orders, payments, invoices, licenses and service changes are independent of these marketing preferences.

4. Withdrawal

I understand that I may withdraw my marketing consent for each communication channel at any time through the communication preferences in the customer portal or the easy and free unsubscribe method provided in a commercial electronic communication.

5. Consent and Rejection Records

I acknowledge that my consent and rejection preferences may be retained together with the date, communication channel, communication address and technical transaction records, and may be transferred to the Message Management System (İYS) where required by applicable law.
